Well hello there! Before we left on the awesome vacation that Theresa told you about here, I did a thorough cleaning of the house, AND the kiddos were out of the house for the day. As the stars aligning to allow these to things to happen simultaneously is rare, it dawned on me that it was the PERFECT time to take some pics of my space. Taking these pics showed me just how many "spaces" there really are in my house. These are just a few glimpses into some of them. Most are far from being complete (or even started). I hope you enjoy (I even threw some teasers of my room redo's in there:))

By now you may have noticed the mismatched furniture. It gives me hives. I hope to remedy this someday...when I win the lottery and can afford to refurbish my house.
Kitchen
Ignore the messy counters....even thorough cleanings can't overcome my family's desire to make piles of paperwork I guess. Also ignore the mismatched bar stools. That's another project waiting to be born.
Cock-eyed kitchen. No, my floors aren't tilted, I'm just still learning about camera angles.
I made a no sew panel for the window, to match the no sew butterfly valances over the sink....do I smell future tutorial????
Dining room
Up until a few weeks ago this room looked TOTALLY different...and it still has a ways to go. But more about that later (intrigued yet??)

Our very bland guest room. I love love the quilt, so hopefully this room will take shape around that...someday.
If you're a mommy, you might be a teensy bit jealous of the "clean" house, come on admit it, I am jealous of clean houses. Don't fret...it's rare. This is a more normal state of affairs:)
